SPECIFICATIONS FOR WEBSITE ADVERTISING

• Ads will be sold on ad bars on home page and secondary pages (secondary pages meaning Members page or any event page)

• The position of ads will vary at random, but every time the page loads the ad will be shown

• Ads will be sold by the month, quarterly or yearly

• Customer to be set up with online payments to be billed on a regular basis

• Ad Specs

o Format: jpg, .gif or .png

o Aspect ratio: 4 * 3

o Minimum Width in Pixels: 800px

AD Changes

• Ads may be changed for free a maximum of once every 2 weeks, by forwarding the new ad to the Chamber, 2 weeks before the desired date of change.

Cancellation policy:

Notice of cancellation must be received at the Rocky Mountain House Chamber of Commerce in writing, either in person or by email. Cancellation of a yearly contract prior to 6 months will be charged ½ the yearly amount. Cancellation of a yearly contract after 6 months but prior to 9 months will be charged ¾ the yearly amount. Cancellation of a yearly contract after 9 months will be charged the full amount of the contract. All month to month no term advertising will be charged for the full month amount regardless of the date of cancellation.
