The Rocky Mountain House and District Chamber of Commerce Trade Show has proven to be a highly effective venue for promoting your business to the community.
The show is expected to sell out so please register early to avoid disappointment.

Move In, Move Out Instructions
Exhibitiors will be able to move displays into the facility:
- Thursday May 3, 2012 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Friday, May 4, 2012 from 8:00 am to 3:00pm
All exhibits must be ready for show opening by 3:30 pm on Friday, May, 4, 2012
Exhibits or portion thereof may not be remove from show facility until 4:00 pm Sunday, May 6, 2012.
All exhibits must be out of the facility on Sunday May 6, 2012 by 6:00 pm. Please note there are no exceptions to this rule.
Registration
When you arrive be sure to register at the Show Office beside the main entrance and pick up your registration packages.
Bobcat, Forklift
Please note it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to make his/her own arrangements for a bobcat or a forklift if requred.

Booth Supervision
Exhibitors must ensure a responsible individual or individuals are in the leased space at all times during designated exhibition hours.
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to be in attendance in a booth, or man a booth on behalf of the exhibitor.

Each 10' by 10' booth contains:
- 8' high Backwall Drapery
